Our physicians are board-certified radiologists with in-depth knowledge and expertise of mammography and the diagnosis of breast-related problems.
Belinda Barclay-White, MD
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Barclay-White is a board-certified radiologist who specializes in breast imaging. She attended Kings College, London University and Westminster Medical School. She immigrated to Phoenix in 1976 and completed a diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. In 1998, she opened Arizona Breastnet; a full-service diagnostic breast center.
Rebecca Rodie, MD
Dr. Rodie received her medical degree with Honors from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH and completed her Radiology Residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, as well as, a Breast Imaging Fellowship at Maricopa Integrated Health Systems.
She is a Scottsdale native who returned home to practice and raise her family following service in the US Air Force Medical Corps as Chief of Radiology at Whiteman AFB and Chief of Breast and Cross Sectional Imaging at Luke AFB. Dr. Rodie currently limits her practice to breast imaging.
Karen Baker, MD
Dr. Karen Baker is a graduate of the University of Arizona Medical School and completed a residency and fellowship in women's imaging and mammography at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Bakers' expertise is in women's health and imaging. She is proficient in all aspects of breast care including mammography, MRI, ultrasound, breast biopsies, ductograms, sentinel node mapping and needle localizations.
Mammography Technologist / Breast Ultrasound
Tracey was born and raised in the big sky country of Montana. Following high school, she attended Montana State University in Bozeman for 1 year. She was accepted into the Columbus Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in Great Falls Montana and graduated in 1986. Tracey moved Phoenix and began working at Phoenix General Hospital for 2 years in general radiology. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail were recognized and she was given the opportunity to learn CT imaging, a field in which she worked for 10 years. After getting married and having 2 great boys, Tracey began working as a dedicated Mammography Technologist, joining Breastnet in 2000.
Sheri is nearly an Arizona native, having grown up in Scottsdale with her family. She graduated from Saguaro High School and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Radiography from Northern Arizona University. Sheri earned her ultrasound credentials in 1989 and has specialized in mammography and ultrasound since 1987. She was licensed in mammography in 1992, the first year the ARRT offered a separate exam for mammography licensure.
Sheri has been married for 25 years and has 2 children. She mentors college girls and is involved with the youth at her church. Both her mother and her aunt have had breast cancer and she knows the importance of excellent breast care from the initial mammogram to the diagnosis to the treatment.
Claudia Dinculescu RT(R)(M)
Claudia was born and raised in Romania. She moved to America and went to school in at City University of New York where she majored in radiology, graduating valedictorian of her class in June 2013. She has five years of mammography experience.
She moved to Arizona 2 years ago and joined the Breastnet team in September of 1016.
Claudia's passion for mammography and outgoing personality helps to make women feel at ease as she obtains highly diagnostic images. She is married and has two small children and likes to travel and read.
Patient Care Coordinator
Rebecca, born and raised in Durby, Connecticut, is a recent Arizona resident, coming to the Valley to experience the warmer climate and to be with family. Graduating from Gateway College in New Haven, Connecticut, Rebecca started her career in early childhood education, working most of her life with children of all ages.
Being a Child Life Assistant at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, Rebecca spent 5 years educating young adolescent mothers, adolescents, and supervising the children's center. She also worked in the Preemie Clinic where she assisted newborns and their families in very difficult times. Rebecca comes to Breastnet with years of experience working in the medical arena and her passion is people.
